This website provides general information about London Signage and our services. You may use it for lawful purposes and to make genuine enquiries. Website content is provided in good faith but may be changed, corrected or withdrawn without notice.
Quotes and orders
A website estimate or initial discussion is not a binding offer. The scope, price, payment schedule, delivery or installation arrangements and any project-specific conditions will be set out in the quote or order confirmation we provide. An order is accepted only when we confirm it.
Artwork, measurements and approvals
You are responsible for ensuring that supplied text, artwork and branding are accurate and that you have permission to use them. Where we provide a proof, production will rely on the version you approve. Unless we agree to survey the site, measurements and installation information you provide must be complete and accurate.
Timing, changes and cancellation
Any completion date is an estimate unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Changes after approval may affect price and timing. Cancellation, deposits and charges for work already completed or materials already ordered will be handled under the project-specific terms in your accepted quote.
Liability and external links
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer, unauthorised use of artwork, or third-party websites linked from this site.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us if you have a question about these terms or a specific project.
