Housing / Vinyl Stickers

Vinyl Stickers
for Housing.

Consistent information across managed properties. Vinyl stickers and cut lettering can add durable logos, product names, operating information and decorative details to commercial equipment without changing the underlying structure.

The application

Where it earns its place.

Block names and communal wayfinding need consistent terminology across a property portfolio. They suit brewery tanks, bar equipment, display vessels, windows, walls, menus and other smooth commercial surfaces where precise branding must follow a flat or gently curved form.

Shared entrances, external approaches and communal rooms vary from building to building.

From brief to upkeep

Details make the difference.

Material choice, fixing and care should follow the conditions of your actual premises.

01 / 04

Specify

Survey the proposed sign position and viewing distance before confirming dimensions and fixings. Cast or polymeric sign vinyl, printable self-adhesive film and suitable laminates are selected for the surface, curvature, expected cleaning routine and required life. Metallic, opaque and contrasting finishes can be combined.

02 / 04

Produce

Artwork is scaled to the measured application area, separated by colour or print layer, and contour cut where required. Each element is weeded, masked and labelled so logos and lettering can be aligned consistently on site.

03 / 04

Install

Confirm ownership, resident communication, permitted fitting locations and safe access to communal spaces before installation. The surface must be compatible, clean and free from grease, condensation and loose coating. Curved tanks and working equipment require careful positioning around fittings, access panels and visible seams.

04 / 04

Look after it

Vinyl graphics should be cleaned with soft cloths and compatible products. Abrasive tools, strong solvents and concentrated heat can damage edges or printed surfaces, especially around frequently handled equipment.

Housing providers may manage building names, estate directions, resident notices and maintenance vehicles across multiple addresses. Information should be easy to maintain, especially where occupants or access rules change.
