Construction / Truck & Lorry Graphics

Truck & Lorry Graphics
for Construction.

Site graphics that can change with the project. Truck and lorry graphics must remain legible across large, interrupted surfaces and at longer viewing distances. Cab shapes, body panels, shutters and safety markings all affect the usable graphic area.

The application

Where it earns its place.

Contractor vans, trucks and working fleets can carry consistent identity when the company operates those vehicles. Applications range from cab stripes and door identification to branded box bodies, curtain sides and coordinated fleet numbering. Large bodies favour simple, high-contrast information that can be understood while the vehicle is moving.

Outdoor exposure, site boundaries and changing routes affect fixing, visibility and maintenance.

From brief to upkeep

Details make the difference.

Material choice, fixing and care should follow the conditions of your actual premises.

01 / 04

Specify

Confirm the actual vehicle body, operating pattern and permission to apply graphics before choosing coverage. Vehicle-grade cut and printed vinyls, protective laminates and products suitable for flat panels, rivets or curtain material are chosen for the body type. Chapter 8 or other operational markings are treated separately from decorative branding where required.

02 / 04

Produce

Artwork is scaled to the confirmed body dimensions rather than assumed from the chassis model. Large graphics are tiled with planned overlaps, colour references are controlled, and repeat units are labelled for efficient fleet application.

03 / 04

Install

Arrange vehicle availability and a suitable clean fitting space. Vehicle height and length require a fitting bay with safe access around the full body. Shutters, rivets, hinges and curtain tension need service-specific application methods, while operational downtime is agreed before scheduling.

04 / 04

Look after it

Cleaning methods should suit both the graphic film and the underlying truck body. Keeping approved artwork and panel dimensions on file simplifies replacement after body repairs or fleet changes.

Think beyond one surface

See the whole setting.

Construction signage has to identify the site, explain access and support changing phases. Hoardings, temporary boards and vehicle graphics are useful only when their dimensions, permissions and expected duration are clear.
