Co-Workspace / Vinyl Stickers

Vinyl Stickers
for Co-Workspace.

Flexible signs for shared work and changing occupants. Vinyl stickers and cut lettering can add durable logos, product names, operating information and decorative details to commercial equipment without changing the underlying structure.

The application

Where it earns its place.

Reception identity and room directions should be stable, while occupant names and notices need an easy update path. They suit brewery tanks, bar equipment, display vessels, windows, walls, menus and other smooth commercial surfaces where precise branding must follow a flat or gently curved form.

Multiple teams, visitors and meeting rooms share circulation routes and glazing.

From brief to upkeep

Details make the difference.

Material choice, fixing and care should follow the conditions of your actual premises.

01 / 04

Specify

Survey the proposed sign position and viewing distance before confirming dimensions and fixings. Cast or polymeric sign vinyl, printable self-adhesive film and suitable laminates are selected for the surface, curvature, expected cleaning routine and required life. Metallic, opaque and contrasting finishes can be combined.

02 / 04

Produce

Artwork is scaled to the measured application area, separated by colour or print layer, and contour cut where required. Each element is weeded, masked and labelled so logos and lettering can be aligned consistently on site.

03 / 04

Install

Coordinate surveys and fitting around booked rooms, desk users, glass cleaning and the building manager’s access rules. The surface must be compatible, clean and free from grease, condensation and loose coating. Curved tanks and working equipment require careful positioning around fittings, access panels and visible seams.

04 / 04

Look after it

Vinyl graphics should be cleaned with soft cloths and compatible products. Abrasive tools, strong solvents and concentrated heat can damage edges or printed surfaces, especially around frequently handled equipment.

Think beyond one surface

Shared workplaces need a stable building identity alongside tenant names, meeting-room information and privacy treatments that may change. Reusable formats matter more than a one-off wall full of permanent copy.
