Co-Workspace / LED Signs

LED Signs
for Co-Workspace.

Flexible signs for shared work and changing occupants. LED signs use compact light modules to illuminate letters, logos, trays or display faces with controlled, energy-efficient output. The term describes the light source rather than one fixed sign construction, so the visible result can be face lit, halo lit or internally illuminated.

The application

Where it earns its place.

Reception identity and room directions should be stable, while occupant names and notices need an easy update path. Retail fascias, restaurants, reception features and businesses trading after dark can use LEDs where consistent illumination supports identification. Separate built-up letters create architectural depth, while light boxes and trays can carry compact logos or larger illuminated faces.

Multiple teams, visitors and meeting rooms share circulation routes and glazing.

From brief to upkeep

Details make the difference.

Material choice, fixing and care should follow the conditions of your actual premises.

01 / 04

Specify

Survey the proposed sign position and viewing distance before confirming dimensions and fixings. LED modules are combined with acrylic faces, fabricated aluminium or stainless-steel returns, sign trays, suitable power supplies and planned cable routes. Colour temperature, diffusion depth and module spacing are chosen together to avoid visible bright spots or uneven shadows.

02 / 04

Produce

Approved artwork is checked for letter stroke widths, internal depth and the space required for modules and wiring. Components are fabricated, LEDs are laid out for even coverage, connections are organised for maintenance, and the completed assembly is illuminated and tested before delivery.

03 / 04

Install

Coordinate surveys and fitting around booked rooms, desk users, glass cleaning and the building manager’s access rules. A suitable power source, isolation point, wall construction and cable path must be confirmed before fitting. Installation also accounts for access equipment, weather protection, the location of power supplies and whether landlord or advertisement consent is required.

04 / 04

Look after it

Faces and returns should be cleaned with products appropriate to the specified materials. Power supplies need accessible ventilation and maintenance space, and partial lighting failures should be investigated promptly by a suitably qualified person.

Shared workplaces need a stable building identity alongside tenant names, meeting-room information and privacy treatments that may change. Reusable formats matter more than a one-off wall full of permanent copy.
